Honeybush has been the favorite tea in the month of June at Ubiquitous Journey. With the mostly warm weather we’ve had, this red tea makes a really great iced tea.

A few weeks ago I met Steve, one of the owners of the Bio Green in Tacoma and we got to talking about what he does. I could go into all of it, but I’ll keep it short and if you’re interested you can go to the Bio Green web site or contact Steve Morberg.
Bio Green is an all organic substitute for the lawn service that sprays CHEMicals on your LAWN. Bio Green is totally organic and safe enough for your kids and pets to play on your lawn after the treatment. Bio Green is 100% safe for the environment, children and pets. Bio Green will not “burn” your lawn.
How does it work? I will tell you more soon, Steve himself came and treated my lawn yesterday and I’ll be reporting on how it is doing in a week or so to give it time to do it’s magic.
Bio Green is the green alternative to help keep your lawn green.

I’m sure that I’ve mentioned that I like to keep busy with my photography and mix things up, going from sports to weddings to corporate events to working with models to help them develop their portfolios. Today I got to work with a local model and we found some cool locations in Sumner for our shoot and in spite of the heat we got some great shots and she was a really good sport when I suggested she go in the river. As hot as it was, the river was freezing.

In March I shot my first Friday the 13th wedding and as mentioned in previous posts it was a blast. Tiffany, the bride, was great to work with and her “bridesmaids” (not a woman among them) were more than just a little unique. Today I met up with Tiffany one more time. She had asked about doing a photo shoot in a cemetery and we were never able to get our schedules and the weather to sync up until today.
During our shoot we had a little visiter, this big raccoon just came walking by and climbed a tree. He really didn’t seem to care that we were there in the least and only stopped climbing long enough to give me a rather annoyed look when I got within a few feet of him to take his picture.
I haven’t gotten anywhere near going through all the photos yet, but I wanted to take a minute to post a few “teaser photos” now.
