Kier Smith traded his bike for a camera at age 16.  After 15 years of working as a freelance photographer, Kier opened Firstlight Photography, LLC in 2001.

Kier is experienced in both film and digital format photography and works extensively in Photoshop. For many, having a photo taken is as appealing as a trip to the dentist, but Kier has the uncanny ability to put people at ease in front of the camera.
